2. Purpose and Services

True Tourism Consulting primarily offers professional consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, price, and other specific conditions may be set out in the description published on the site, a quotation, proposal, purchase order, electronic confirmation, or another document accepted by the parties.

The site may in the future include features to book, purchase, and pay for services directly online. These Terms will apply to such transactions together with the specific conditions shown before the purchase is completed.

Products or services that are not expressly offered by True Tourism Consulting on the site are outside the scope of these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

The user agrees to provide truthful, current, and sufficient information; to use the site lawfully; not to attempt to compromise its security, operation, or intellectual property; and not to use it for fraud, identity theft, or activities contrary to law.

The user is responsible for carefully reviewing the details of their request or purchase before confirming it.

4. Purchase Process

  • The user selects the available service and reviews its description, price, and conditions.

  • The user adds the service to the shopping cart or follows the procedure indicated by True Tourism Consulting.

  • Before confirming, the user may review the essential information of the transaction and the amount payable.

  • The purchase is completed when payment is authorized and/or True Tourism Consulting issues the corresponding confirmation by electronic means.

  • Communications, confirmations, and documentation may be sent to the email address provided by the user.

Where a service requires information, documents, access, approvals, or collaboration from the client, delivery timelines may depend on those items being provided promptly.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

The applicable prices and currency will be those shown on the site, quotation, or confirmation before purchase. Where applicable, the taxes and charges that apply will be indicated before the user confirms the transaction.

Unless another arrangement is expressly established, the service must be paid in full (100%) at the time of purchase.

Online payments will be processed through a third-party payment gateway. Authorization of the transaction is subject to the controls of the payment provider and the relevant financial institution. True Tourism Consulting may request reasonable additional information when necessary to verify a transaction or prevent fraud.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless the description, proposal, or confirmation of a service expressly establishes a different condition, confirmed and paid purchases are final and are not cancellable or refundable at the client's unilateral decision.

The foregoing does not limit the non-waivable rights that a consumer holds under applicable law, nor the remedies available where True Tourism Consulting fails to deliver the contracted service or where a breach attributable to the company has occurred.

If True Tourism Consulting exceptionally agrees to a modification, credit, cancellation, or refund, the conditions will be communicated in writing and will apply only to that case.

7. Provision of Consulting Services

Consulting services are professional obligations subject to the contracted scope. Unless a guarantee of results is expressly agreed in writing, True Tourism Consulting does not guarantee any specific level of sales, revenue, occupancy, positioning, profitability, traffic, conversions, or other business results, as these may depend on external factors and on decisions made by the client or third parties.

The client must promptly provide the necessary information, access, authorizations, and collaboration. Delays attributable to the client may affect schedules and deliverables.

8. Third-Party Services, Platforms, and Providers

To operate the site, process payments, or provide certain services, True Tourism Consulting may use third-party platforms and providers. Use of those services may additionally be subject to their own terms and policies.

Where True Tourism Consulting facilitates in the future a booking or purchase whose final service is provided by a third party, the relevant specific conditions of the service and of the provider applicable to that transaction must be displayed or communicated before the purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The site's own content, including texts, graphic elements, designs, trademarks, methodologies, materials, and other protectable content, belongs to Operadora True S.A. de C.V. or is used with authorization. Access to the site does not grant the user any ownership rights over such content.

Consulting deliverables will be governed by the corresponding proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, True Tourism Consulting's pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, templates, and know-how will remain its property.

10. Information and Content Provided by the Client

The client represents that it holds the necessary rights and authorizations over the information, images, trademarks, databases, access credentials, and materials it provides to True Tourism Consulting to carry out the services. The company will use such items only to the extent necessary to perform the engagement and for the authorized purposes.

11. Site Availability and Security

True Tourism Consulting will endeavor to keep the site available and secure, but may carry out maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions. The site is not guaranteed to operate without interruptions or errors at all times, particularly where causes are beyond the company's reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

The parties' liability will be determined according to the contracted service and applicable law. True Tourism Consulting will not be liable for breaches, interruptions, or damages caused exclusively by third parties, force majeure, incorrect information provided by the client, misuse of the site, or decisions made by the client contrary to recommendations expressly communicated.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Notice available at www.trueconsulting.net. To exercise rights related to personal data or to submit inquiries, you may write to helpdesk@trueconsulting.net.

Promotional communications will be subject to the user's preferences and applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. Consumers will retain the rights and protection mechanisms to which they are entitled under applicable law.

The parties will first endeavor to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication via helpdesk@trueconsulting.net. Where applicable, consumers may turn to the competent consumer protection authorities.

Future availability of the site to users in the United States, Canada, Latin America, or other countries may require supplementary conditions depending on the jurisdiction, the service offered, and the consumer's location.

16. Amendments

True Tourism Consulting may update these Terms for legal, operational, or commercial reasons. The current version will be published at www.trueconsulting.net. Amendments will not retroactively alter the essential conditions of a purchase already confirmed, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law so provides.
